First Day On The Road

Well, actually we have been "on the road" for a week or so, but only in terms of travel. Today we actually drove from Albuquerque to where we are right now in beautiful (insert winking emoticon) Ozona, Texas. What you see below is part of my day. The ones with me standing by the car is when my father-in-law, Bob and I got pulled over for speeding (total bogus call) by one of Texas' finest. Very ambitious young man....anywho, he gave us a warning and we were on our way.

The next set of pics is of the threatening clouds in the area and the tornado watch that has been issued. Freakin' me out man!

More later,

You probably don't get many tornado watches in Pedro Bay do you? We have them often enough here in Michigan but not like they do down in Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, etc. I pray you have a wonderful and safe trip. Cool brickwork in the background of the pic with you by the car.

Thanks, Sam, I appreciate it. Sorry it took me so long to reply, being on the road really takes up my time!
